Question: EMAIL FAILURE - SMTP send email failed with return code ... when sending "..."
Answer: An Alert email could not be sent because of an SMTP error. Here's an example where the Alert email subject was "09:02 - ALERT #7 - Log disk space - test10_local" and the SMTP return code was 554:
EMAIL FAILURE - SMTP send email failed with return code 554 when sending "09:02 - ALERT #7 - Log disk space - test10_local"
